Hope Defeats Depression & Pain
Jeremiah 29:11 New International Version (NIV)
"For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."
However you found your way here, it is not by coincidence. There is hope because you are a strong warrior fighting through the challenges of life and you have made it this far. You have been knocked down and you have gotten back up time and again. Keep getting up because there is a purpose for YOU. You just may not know what it is yet and you need to see it through in order to find it. Don't give up on you, because we aren't.
Your hope can be found in the Creator of the Universe who is all-powerful and loves you more than anything. Think about that, He made the universe and He has a purpose for you (1). When you see the eyes - EOTEH - let them be a reminder and source of strength knowing that you have God as your wingman.
There is a phrase that says, "The very thing you need, is the very thing you need to give." If you need hope, try giving hope to someone else. If you need prayer, pray for others. This is one form of "Paying It Forward" that will come back to you in many ways. You may not see it right away, but God blesses those who are faithful, so keep praying, even if you do not know how to pray (2).
Ask God each day that He would send the Holy Spirit to invade the mind and heart of the one that needs hope and that this person would be filled with peace, praise, and positive thoughts of life, joy, and purpose. This person is you. Pray for yourself just as we are praying for you too (5).
EOTEH - Eyes of the Earth & Heaven
Eyes are the windows to the soul and reveal the truth in us. We are one in the Body of Christ and are called to look out and care for each other.
Let your eyes shine with truth and joy by leaning on God's strength knowing with certainty that all of us in the EOTEH family care about you and are praying for you (3).
As the collective eyes of the earth and God in heaven, we join together in watching out for each other with care and prayer.
You are a child of God whom He loves and thought about before He created the Universe (4). You are the most important creation to Him as you are to each of us.
Find peace, joy, and a sense of belonging in knowing we care about you.
